We have the BEST MEETINGS!!! We’ve had 25 Zoom meetings since[masked]. At the last meeting we discussed the process after a fire, ongoing for one Landlord; The Addendum for increase of Rent; Termination of Lease, time line of 5 business days for possession and 20 consecutive days for damages; Garnishment; Gerri’s Favorite Clauses to add a Garnishment allowed by tenant clause; and importance of the month to month and term clause.
