I am new to this group, I ran another group on here but just stepped down as organizer. I looked through your meetups and didn't see a lot of hiking. Just wondering how much people in this group likes hiking and if anyone would be interested in hiking. I am usually only available on Monday and Tuesday due to my work schedule. Just throwing this out there.
After registering at the chamber office pick up a free hiking map of many local hikes. Pick 4 easy green, 3 moderate yellow and 2 difficult red then hike either Snowy or Blue Mountain. Turn in your documentation sheet and receive a great patch. ($5 processing fee). Hike at your owe pace- no time frame to complete challenge. We want you to enjoy the scenery and the area.
