Learn to meditate or strengthen your meditation practice. This one hour meditation group is comprised of mindfulness meditation practice with some instruction. Enjoy the benefits of meditating with others. Drop-ins welcome! Be on time or come early to receive meditation instruction. Where: Center for Spiritual Living 2075 Occidental Road, Santa Rosa Room 11 (In the north wing at the far end of the building.) When: Saturdays, 10am - 11am. We will start on time.
