Do you use Scala daily? If so what is your scala level? See http://www.scala-lang.org/node/8610

I use Scala just from time to time.

Which other programming languages do you use?

Java, Python

Functional programming is...

a cool way of expression. I think it has a great future for its cleanness and possibility of paralellizing the processing. I learned functional programming with Ocaml, but I don't use it now.

What do you expect from this user-group/meetup?

To learn more about Akka and Scala.

Introduction

I'm a software developer, abt. 13 years of experience in Java, now looking for more interesting and modern languages.
