This is a group for anyone interested in growing their personal yoga practice. Classes are suitable for all skill levels, beginners are welcome! Sequences are based on both hatha and vinyasa flow. Props are provided (i.e. blocks, straps, bolsters), candles, incense and a GREAT playlist to get you moving :)
