In this workshop we will identify the plants in the local area, learning their properties, uses, history and folklore.

Then you'll learn how to make a wild berry syrup, and hazelnut damper bread - cooking it in the fire.

Let your taste buds go wild!

The rich tapestry of the British flora provides medicine and food and this will be a hands-on introduction suitable for all levels of experience.

Led by bushcraft and woodcraft teacher, Jonathon Huet of Walk with Trees.

The cost is £24.99, which includes food to cook on the day.

Suitable for beginners and those who'd like to refresh their skills.

(RSVP essential as we need to know numbers, thanks.)

It's being held in a great location.
