This event is free of charge and registration takes place at 9:30am with the event being held from 10:00am to 2:00pm on Monday April 22, 2019. The location will take place at City of Phoenix Council Chambers 200 W Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85007. There will also be our Eco Tank Event from which applications for the Eco Tank will be accepted from socially conscious companies, non-profits, emerging clean and green companies, and those that have ideas for social entrepreneurial endeavors. The competition will be divided into two categories: Existing Entities and Ideas and Endeavors. Each selected entry will pitch their unique idea to a judging panel and explain the problem they intend to solve, its value, and the market they intend to serve. You are welcome to attend the Upcycle Design Challenge that Green Living Magazine is hosting as part of the first day of Az Eco Fashion Week. Designers will be given a garment to upcycle into a new design and the winner will be featured in the May issue of Green Living Magazine as well as in Az Eco Fashion Week.
This event will be held at the Irish Cultural Center 1106 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, Az 85004 from 4pm to 7pm. This challenge will take place during the Keep Phoenix Beautiful Event in downtown Phoenix and is free to attend, so please come, mingle and have happy hour with like-minded people.
