What we're about
Yoga has helped me transform my body, mind and spirit. For the last 7.5 years I have been helping people of all ages, my oldest student is 96, feel, move, breathe, and think better. Therapeutic Yoga includes lying down on the floor, sitting on the floor or on blocks and/or blankets and in standing poses. We work gently and slowly to open out our hearts, minds and spirits. Each class covers a different topic as requested by the students. I teach to what I see going on in your body and from what I hear from you. I have helped people move on to a more pain-free life and feel so much better.
It is your turn to feel the benefits of yoga. You don't have to have any experience. Just were knit clothes, bring a water bottle, and listen to the instructions. It's time for you to feel better.
