Please note the sleeping rooms are 2 queen beds per room. If you book a single room it will be one King Size Bed.
This is a resort you will have full access to:
In room bottled water, coffee, tea, use of the fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, activities desk, free parking, in room local and toll free calls, wireless internet, business center, luggage handling and shuttle service if you need to train it. Deposit of $100.00 needs to be made at time of booking via paypal.
What is MFT?
Croppers Delight is bringing back our "Oprah take" on our first Favorite things! The girls walked away $$$ worth of goodies, and lots and lots of laughs! Last year over $12,000 in prizes/raffles were given out!
You will walk away with some amazing goodies from this event, and it will be going on all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will never know what we will give away! REGISTRATION THIS IS DUE NO LATER THEN SEPTEMBER 30th
COMMUTER PACKAGE $360 includes everything but the hotel stay.
If not paid in full by Sept 30th, this is the rate: LATE PAYMENTS OCTOBER 1st- OCTOBER 31st
COMMUTER PACKAGE $385 includes everything but the hotel stay.
If not paid in full by October 31st this is the rate:
LATE PAYMENTS NOVEMBER 1st- DECEMBER 31st
COMMUTER PACKAGE $405 includes everything but the hotel stay.'
Anything after December 31st will incur a $25 late fee.
Please note if we get a returned check, you will be charged a $25 return check fee. Full payment is due September 31st. Please note we have to pre-pay for much of this event so you can have a great experience. Please try to pay on time.

*Table seating. The tables are quads of 8 people (3 ft of table space) if you have 10 people in your grouping it is a 6 people and then a quad of 4 with some space in between for you to place your bags. We have several cricut machines, so please keep this in mind you only have 3ft of space and the room is limited in space. (you can bring a small side table if you would like)

Tool area which includes : 3 Cricut Expressions, Make The Cut. Cuttlebug Embossing, Spellbinders machine. Inspiration Station (loads of books)
Theme – My Favorite Things WEEKEND ITINERARY:
FRIDAY: CROP & RELAX 12pm Check In At the Crop Room Note: Hotel Check in Will Not Be Until 3PM Dinner and Dessert included. Snacks (AKA chocolate and chips provided all day), Water will be available.
Crop The Rest of The Night Away!!!! 3am or till the last person goes to sleep.
SATURDAY: CROP & PARTY 8AM Crop room re-opens Brunch, Dinner and Dessert included. Snacks (AKA chocolate and chips provided all day), Water will be available.
SUNDAY: CROP & DECOMPRESS 8AM crop room re-opens Brunch, doors close at 2pm.

Registration will open TODAY!
Payments must be made as followed: At time of registration you will need to make your $100 deposit. The deposit can only be made via PayPal. This will guarantee your spot at the crop.
Final payment for the crop will be due by September 30st . This could be paid either by Check or PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel by August 1st you will be issued your deposit back. Otherwise there is no refund policy unless we cancel the event. Please understand that we need to pay for many of the expenses up front based on the number of people who register.
*Note if the event needs to be moved due to inclement weather this will be imposed on us by the hotel. The hotel will notify us and change the date of the event. There is no refund. We will work to get a date rescheduled. If you are unable to make the event, you will have a few options: 1. Sell your spot to someone else who would like to go, 2. You will be shipped everything that is given out at the event. Please keep in mind we will not receive a refund from the hotel. If you are registering as a double, triple or quad room and your room mate does not attend you are responsible for the remaining balance
