The month of December we are saying Olé to the Holidays with a tapas theme. Be creative. The small plates do not have to be Spanish inspired. Just festive small plates for an informal pass around. -----------------------------------------------------
Please bring a bottle of wine that complements the meal. Any unopened bottles are gifts to host for hosting.

    Since we are a small plate theme I will leave it up to each guest if they want to bring two tapas dishes or one. I am making 2 since I have the entrée. I wanted us to have enough protein.

    I will bring Holiday Salsa - it is made with dried cranberries and jalapeño. And served with crackers. If we are supposed to bring a second dish, let me know. I saw a Chilled Mussels with Saffron Mayonnaise I could make. It is served with asparagus and small potatoes.

I will be making Sweet and Spicy Shrimp Adobo Skewers as well as Lamb Meat Balls stuffed with Manchego Cheese as a main course with Pear Sake-tini as an opening cocktail.
