A tasting menu offers small portions of several dishes as a single meal. The chef part of our tasting menu is that each item should be inspired by or a recipe by one of your favorite chefs. Since the portions are small, this is our opportunity to get as creative as we can. Also, if you want to sign up for more than one course, feel free to do so (but maybe after giving others a chance to sign up for their first course).
Party city has some cute plates, bowls, etc to use for tastings, if you really want to get into the theme. We will be plating each course separately. And serving them individually. If you need to prepare / cook anything at my house, you are welcome to. Just let me know ahead of time. This should be a leisurely meal of tasting portions.
As always, we will want a cohesive meal, so please pay attention to what others are bringing.
Please bring a bottle of wine or other beverage that complements the meal.
I do have 3 evil puppies (small) that like to liven things up. I will tell them to be on their best party behavior. And for the most part, they will be out of the way in my bedroom.
