Join us for an engaging kick-off session to explore the world of coaching circles, where like-minded Agile enthusiasts share experiences and gain new insights. This session aims to identify individuals interested in participating in coaching circles, allowing you to tailor the details and logistics to the group's preferences.

How does Coaching Circles work?

• Each circle consists of 6 to 8 people
• All members rotate being the host who facilitates the session and provides the venue (home, office, or remotely)
• Circles have a coordinator who ensures everyone knows when the next circle is happening, the topic, and who is facilitating
• Circles meet once every 2 weeks on a weeknight
• Circles are encouraged to align their format and conduct with the Agile principles

Before the session, please consider the following:

1. Can you commit to attending the coaching circle every two weeks for approximately three months?
2. If the circle is not remote, what location would be most convenient for you, considering post-work traffic, etc.?
3. Some circles may decide to conduct research or preparatory work before each session. Would you be willing and able to contribute if your circle chooses to do so?

We cannot guarantee a spot in a coaching circle for individuals who do not attend the kick-off. While we strive to accommodate all interested participants, priority will be given to those who attend the session.
