Some info on the Horizon:
FOOD: All meals included. The Horizon has incredible fare. If you have special food requests (vegan, etc) please let them know well ahead of time and they'll be happy to accomodate you.
NITROX: Nitrox provided for an extra (reasonable) charge. They spit out 32% using a membrane system.
EXPERIENCE: You should have good experience & comfort, whatever your cert level. This means you are very comfortable with your buoyancy, diving to recreational depths around 100 feet or greater, and familiar with currents.
Pillows and blankets are provided (though some people bring a sleeping bag). Tanks (AL80) and weights are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own (filled) tank(s) and weights. A meal before you board would be appropriate.
