What we're about
The Seacoast Adult ADD AD/HD Support Group is a welcoming and friendly peer support group with a creative and strengths-based approach. There is no cost to attend. We talk about anything and everything related to being an adult with ADD. The group is facilitated by a professional psychotherapist and ADD Coach who moderates the lively and supportive group generated discussion. We have been meeting since 2008, and newcomers are always welcome. This group is for ADD AD/HD Adults, but non-ADD AD/HD partners and significant others are welcome to attend with an ADD AD/HD adult. We meet the third Wednesday of each month (Sept-June) for practical skills, knowledge, emotional support, and shared resources. Some members are regulars, others attend occasionally. This is a place for ADD adults to connect with one another and learn about our similarities and differences in a very supportive environment. Plus, we usually laugh a lot! If this is your first time with us , or if you have questions, please call or email the facilitator.
