Startups: Getting ready to take investment

When you start the journey to taking outside investment, your startup will need to gather materials for that conversation. You will need more than a pitch deck to secure an investment. What are the documents that you will be asked for? A cashflow projection? Sales Funnel Metrics? Articles of incorporation? Establish a process to collect and manage an up to date collection of the core documents and materials you will be expected to provide while your startup is in the Due Diligence process.
