Angel Investing is the process of individuals investing their own money into unregistered stocks in new companies. For many people this is something that OTHER PEOPLE do. They think of the Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates as the Angel Investors, when in fact, the core of Angel Investing isa much larger group. About 10% of the US population is able to invest by Federal Law. You have to be an "Accredited Investor".

This means you have to have $1M in networth (not counting house) or $200K in regular income or $300K with your spouse. Suppose that you work in the Tech industry, you have a salary above $150K and your spouse is the same. Now... You are accredited by Federal Law. What would you do with that knowledge?

We will explore Reg D 506(b), the pathway by which most Angel Investing is done, and we will explore what the factors are that make for healthy and effective Angel Investments.
