Please stop in for meditation with instruction on Thursday evenings. We will alternate between two meditation practices: The Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (cultivation of loving kindness); providing instruction along the way.
We will also provide assistance in how to sit in a supported way. There will be time for practice and for brief feedback on your experience.
$10 suggested donation, but no one will be turned away for inability to offer a donation.
All are welcome. Suitable for the beginner or for a refresher.
