Testimonial of previous attendee in London: "Perry has a wealth of experience when it comes to business acquisitions and doesn't hold back when it comes to sharing his various strategies. The meeting was mind blowing and full of information that are secretly guarded by those who keep the keys to the door of the financial industry. Having a financial background and having worked with various financial institutions from investment banks, commercial banks, asset managers and brokers I can appreciate even more what Perry is teaching and sharing in a very casual and authentic manner. What we're about

I am a Private Equity investor based in London (UK) and Vancouver.

I have made over 30 investments in the past 16 years - all using my own capital.

However, I recently acquired a chain of stores that has been operating for the past 20 years. It was consistently generating $1.7M in revenue and net profit was 10%. The business was not distressed. I purchased this business for $1...yes, you are reading this correctly...$1. The vendor was actually very happy. This was a bit of an 'Ah ha' moment for me - that it is really not imperative to use any of your own capital (or take any personal risk) to buy profitable companies.

This is a highly transferrable skill set and I can show people how to do this themselves.

Why start up a business from scratch when you can acquire an existing one - with predictable revenue and cash flow?

Currently in the US, there are millions of business for sale. Statistically, only 1 out of 12 business listings will actually sell. There are also millions of 'baby-boomer' business owners seeking retirement and 80% of them have no succession plan. There is also more private capital available globally than there is homes for it. It is nearly a perfect storm!

I have been teaching a small number of people in the US, UK and Canada on how to do the following:

*How to source a business? Without using Brokers or Intermediaries to have a constant flow of deals that fit your specific parameters and interests.

*How to structure a 'win-win' offer? Deals only work when both parties gain. Using creative deal structures, I will show you how to get to a win-win.

*How to fund the deal? Using private capital (from my network) and creative financing without the need to use any of your own personal capital.

*How to conduct due diligence and closing? Legals and accounting are an integral part of any transaction. I will show you how to get this done efficiently and how to have the company pay for these expenses...not you!

*How to fix the company? Whether a company is distressed or profitable, there will be areas of the business that need fixing. I have some really clever and proven tactics that you can implement immediately that will have a significant impact on the cash flow of the business.

*How to sell the company? Strategies on how and when to sell the business for 6 or 7 figure sums.

I am looking to form a small group of people who are interested in business acquisitions - but do not know where to begin. Of course, using none of your own capital and taking no personal risk to do so.

I started this group to find like minded individuals who may be interested in replicating this skill, to discuss deal flow - how to source it and how to close on it. I would like to meet other business acquisition enthusiasts and look forward to sharing the knowledge I am learning on my own journey!

Here are a couple of testimonials of what people have been saying:

"I learnt a good amount of useful information and know that I was only piercing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to learning more from you, Perry. Also, the fact that you offer assistance in creating and closing a deal on a 50/50 split is very useful for someone like myself who is a novice in this field.”
