This time we will be learning how to ask where something is, and how to understand the answer. Afterwards, we will play a game giving each other directions to rooms on a map of an apartment building, followed by a period of free talk.

A list of useful words and phrases will be posted in the comments shortly. It would be wonderful if you could look over it before you come.

People of all skill levels are welcome. We really appreciate the enthusiasm of total beginners and the insight of advanced speakers. And it's always wonderful to have native speakers in attendance. Please join us!

We make a conscious effort to balance talking about the language with speaking the language. We learn the most through practice and feedback. It's the most fun to learn with other people.

Note: Please order some bubble tea or food to support the venue.

This group is sponsored by Duolingo. You can also RSVP on Duolingo's Events page: https://events.duolingo.com/seattle-chinese/
