  • Using a "Chief of Staff" to help grow your business

Grow50 invites you to a complimentary lunch/seminar. Our Topic: Companies like LinkedIn, Influitive, and SCYNEXIS used chiefs of staff in their earliest stages to manage growth and complexity. Among other things, a chief of staff helps founder CEOs and their teams focus on the highest and best use of their time (executive tasks), prevent negative surprises, and make and execute great decisions. Even if you don’t create a headcount for a chief of staff role, the process of evaluating the need for a chief of staff can help you identify and fill gaps in your current approach or team. Our speaker Tyler Parris is a best-selling author, coach, consultant, and former corporate chief of staff whose book, "Chief of Staff. The Strategic Partner who will Revolutionize your Organization," landed at #3 on Amazon's corporate governance hot list. His book has been highlighted in SHRM's HR book blog, 425 Business Magazine, and The Washington Post. The book is based on scores of interviews with C-suite and HR executives globally in different industries. This event will start at noon with light lunch. The formal part of the meeting will be over at one, and attendees are encouraged to stick around for an hour of informal networking. This event is being sponsored by Grow50 (http://grow50.com)Consortium, Special thanks to extraSlice - the place for tech.
