This weekly recurring meetup will start Sundays at 11:00am (rain or shine!). Riders will group into distance/pace goals and go "wheels down" at 11:15, doing loops around Mercer island (roughly 13 miles, each loop).

To complete this workout, riders are encouraged to go for a short run for 10-15 minutes afterwards to build strength and prepare for T2 (transition from bike to run) on race day (known as a "brick" workout). As this weekly recurring workout grows in its base number of riders, changes of venue/distance/workout types will evolve to accommodate the training needs of the team and will always be the signal long ride/brick of the week.
