We will ride on Centennial Trail out and back, total 60 miles. If you need more distance, you can go out and back again. It's relatively flat.
Here's the the map/queue sheet (But, you don't really need because you probably won't get lost):
This is easy. You can go as fast as you want as long as you don't get tickets. If you want my company, I ride average 14-16 MPH on flat.
There are a lot of bathrooms and portable potties along the trail. But, the most popular stops are Arlington and the red barn at the end. Let's try to take quick breaks every 20 miles or so.
Please be at the parking lot by 7:45 am with wheels down approximately 8:00 am.
Steady rain cancels. We will make a call and update on this page by 6AM.
Please also answer the following questions:
1. Your comfortable pace on the flats
2. Longest distance ridden
In order to participate in any SGLTG event, you must sign a waiver. Paid members must sign the paid member waiver once per year. Non-paid members must sign a non-member waiver for every event that they attend. In hopes of expediting the waiver process at each event, please sign your waivers electronically by using the following link. Last minute online RSVPS will have to sign a paper waiver as well, so please sign early if possible. The link provided directs you to the paid and non-paid member waiver. If you are a paid member, you will have to log in to your SGLTG account to sign.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of my attendance at this event, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Seattle Green Lake Triathlon Group, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this activity even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person named in this waiver. I further grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
