Join us for a trail run at Cougar Mountain Sky Country Trailhead on Thursdays at 5 pm! This run is great for all paces. We usually have two groups, a ~3 mile group and a longer distance group, ~6 miles. We all run the first 3 miles together, and then the longer distance group breaks off from the parking lot for a different loop. We stop and wait at turns for all paces, so you will not get lost. We leave from near Eastgate P&R in Bellevue around 4:20-30 pm so do let me know if you would like to carpool from the P&R as an option.
*** RSVP's and Electronic Waivers will be checked at 3PM, RSVP's will be closed at that time, anyone who comes and didn't RSVP will need to sign the paper waiver upon arrival, no exceptions!! The more paper waiver signatures that need to be gathered the longer it takes for the host to be ready! SO SIGN UP EARLY AND SIGN THE ELECTRONIC WAIVER!! ***
Please post in the comments below how far you are looking to run and feel free to ask any questions.
In order to participate in any SGLTG event, you must sign a waiver. Paid members must sign the paid member waiver once per year. Non-paid members must sign a non-member waiver for every event that they attend. In hopes of expediting the waiver process at each event, please sign your waivers electronically by using the following link --
-- Again, if you’re a paid member you will need to log in and sign the waiver ONLY once for 2019, if not then there is a separate link on that page for the non-paid members waiver.
