How many triathlons have you completed and what distances?
No triathlon yet. I have been training constantly from November 2018. Indoor sessions: Cycling - 2 times per week - 16 miles, Running 2 times per week 5-8k, Swimming 2 times per week 2000 yards.
What are your triathlon goals for next year?
I would like to reach my First Sprint triathlon for this year and keep improving my times, enjoying the path.

Which is your favorite triathlon discipline (swim, bike, or run), which is your least favorite, and why?
swim and bike - I need more focus when I am running.
