DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 OUTBREAK, R&S HAS BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO RESUME.
Based on King County & Seattle Parks recommendations to minimize the spread of COVID-19 to not congregate, we recommend people looking to run on Saturday mornings self-organize as they see fit. Thank you for your support and understanding in this unprecedented time, we hope that you are able to continue to run while practicing social distancing to limit the spread of the virus and help protect our community. Every Saturday morning we have a nice tradition of getting together and starting our day with a group run. Each week participants post their goal distance and pace in the comments 1) to help determine what distances to map 2) allows others to see who they can run with of similar distance and pace.
Come find us at 6:55am every Saturday morning as we organize into distance and pace groups in the middle of the Bathhouse Theater parking lot. Find new training partners, meet new friends, and enjoy the benefits of running with others. Our weekly running routes and plan will be posted below each week, please review the route maps prior to the start of the run. Posting in the comments and arriving on time each will increase your chances of finding others to run.
