I've been running for just over 5 years now and will keep doing it till I can't anymore. SGLRG provides amazing support for all ages, distances and speeds, and it's so much more fun running with others.

How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

Just over 5 years now - a "very" late bloomer. I want to complete all the World Marathon Major races, though my main purpose is to stay healthy, have fun and run with friends as much as possible

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Transition year, a bunch of injuries from 2017 and some new ones in 2018. Raced one marathon and couple half's, plus paced a whole bunch of half marathons. Also Ragnar NWP relay.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

Recover fully, stay healthy, injury-free and keep running with SGLRG. Tokyo and NYC marathons, one relay race and keep pacing half marathons

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?

I run about 4 days/week on average. Mornings are better. (WuW, FLUR, RnS for sure)

We’d like nothing more than to have you joining us for runs. How can we best support you in helping you get the most out of running?

Just continue to maintain this great group of runners who show up and support each other all the time. There's so much positive influence in this group - I either learn something new or just simply enjoy the experience every time I go for a run.
