How long have you been running and do you have any bucket list goals you are motivated to accomplish?

I've been running (in earnest) for 22+ years since I learned to love it one summer in college. No running bucket list currently - more focused on getting into shape and learning to love running again.

How did your 2018 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

I took much of 2016 off - burn-out. I started to run again in the fall until a soccer knee injury took me out for a couple of months.

Do you have any running goals for this year? Any races on the calendar for you?

I'd like to run the Magnuson Park series, starting with the 5K in March, building to the 15K by June. Would love to find a 10-miler for late summer/early fall and maybe a half-marathon for late fall.

What’s the best way to get you to show up for one of our group runs?

3x; early morning (around 5:30am/6am)

We’d like nothing more than to have you joining us for runs. How can we best support you in helping you get the most out of running?

My pace is around 9min+/mile right now, but my most natural pace (when in shape) is 8:30min/mile. Would like to connect with runners who are supportive and fun that run at/around this pace.
