How long have you been running and are there items still on your bucket list that you are motivated to accomplish?

I would like to complete a marathon and a 1/2 Iron Man.

How did your 2016 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Did the Lake Sammamish Half (with hip pain), the Seattle Half Marathon (pain free), and spent most of the year working on improving my technique.

What is your plan for 2017? Any races on the calendar for you? Do you have any big goals?

Looking forward to my first RAGNAR, and building up my speed. Most of my challenges have been leg fatigue for long races and runs.

How many days a week do you typically run? What time of the day do you run?

Morning.

How can we best support you and your running goals?

I would like to push myself with more distance and speed. I like to run and listen to my body, nature and a good conversation.
