How long have you been running and are there items still on your bucket list that you are motivated to accomplish?

How did your 2016 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

2015 was my return from injuries year! Just tried to keep consistency, and then, decided to train and run the Seattle Half!

What is your plan for 2017? Any races on the calendar for you? Do you have any big goals?

Trying to keep consistency, and my running base in the 6- 10 mile range. Will do a couple of halfs, 5 and 10k's. Try to do a couple of half marathons this year.

How many days a week do you typically run? What time of the day do you run?

I like the mornings- (originally thought evenings were my game), but will throw in an evening for good measure!

How can we best support you and your running goals?

No big race goals, but hoping to improve overall performance through track, and consistency of running.
