I enjoy my evening runs just so I can get outside. These last six months I've increased my endurance -now my plan is to increase the amount of time I spend running.
Aroundd 8M. Usually I aim for a time limit (50 minutes) but have started running for longer stretches. I'm ultimately going for 60+ minutes.
I prefer evenings after work- around 7 pm is perfect.
So far, just being around other runners has been motivating ;)
Running with a pack is awesome!
