How long have you been running and are there items still on your bucket list that you are motivated to accomplish?

Staying fit during the off season, running with a group keeps me motivated.

How did your 2016 go as far as running? Any highlights that you'd like to share?

Was able to continue running with an extended minor illness and a persistent injury, was able to participate in summer triathlons.

What is your plan for 2017? Any races on the calendar for you? Do you have any big goals?

Train consistently in swimming, biking and running through the off season in[masked] so I can run a first half marathon and participate in a longer distance tri next year.

How many days a week do you typically run? What time of the day do you run?

I prefer to run in the evenings.

How can we best support you and your running goals?

Preferred training distance is a 10K, preferred race distance is a 5K incorporated into a short distance tri. I'm hoping to participate in 3-5 Sprints this summer.


I'm a short distance runner with a love of swimming and a big enough love of triathlons to keep me on a bike. The running group keeps me going.
