In this workshop, we will discuss how to show impact in the experiences you share throughout the recruiting process. People often struggle to exactly quantify whether their actions increased revenue by X% or decreased costs by Y%. That's ok, it's hard to put numbers to everything. There are other ways you can communicate the importance of what you did to recruiters and hiring managers.

10:30-11:00am - Different ways of measuring your experiences to communicate impact
11:00am-12:00pm - Questions and real life examples
1. A few copies of your resume
2. Questions, specifically related to bullet points on your resume where you are having trouble stating your impact
3. Snacks/drinks if you need them
