What we're about

We are a volunteer-based non-profit organization working towards building stress-free and violence-free communities. This is a group for meditators, those curious about meditating, those wanting to deepen their practice or looking for group meditations. While going inwards is the journey, having fun, transforming and making friends along the way are the perks.

Our varied activities celebrate the fullness of life and include group meditations, wisdom circles, service activities and social events. New organizers are always welcome. If you are wanting to start a meditation group at your business or home, reach out and lets work together. Either we can set you up with an instructor to come to your group, or set you up so you can lead your own group.

Group meditation helps individuals deepen their practice or even experience a quiet state for the first time. Members of this meetup group need not have taken meditation courses to participate. Our events are held weekly and you are most welcome to bring friends.

Full Moon Meditation and Kirtan

Needs a location

The moon is connected to the mind and on a full moon night it is beneficial to meditate and do other spiritual practices. Enjoy an evening with friends on this full moon night. We will have call and response chanting and a guided full moon meditation. 7:30pm-9:00pm chanting and meditation.
