What we're about
Putting the feelers out for anyone who is a survivor dealing with any sort of late-onset neurological injury who is over 30 and under the age 60. Stroke, TBI, SCI, MS, Parkinson's, etc.
I'm a 47 yr old stroke survivor. Stroke caused by injury rather than health. Tried various local survivor groups, but either they're not a useful meeting format, inflexible days/times for my full-time work schedule, or population of much older folks I lack other things in common. Figure opening it up to others besides just stroke and constraining it to a younger age group may pull together a nice group. Live in the Seward Park/Columbia City area of town, but do drive, so not a biggie to meet anywhere in the area.

Not sure of any other details like where & when, but wanted to put this out to see if any interest to start off. As soon as the group grows to at least three, let's plan. We'll meet up for lunch, coffee, or event of some sort. We could come up with something together.
