Let's do morning meditation!

Join us for a regular morning meditation practice. There is not a better way to start the day than with a group meditation! We do not focus on a specific style or type of meditation, but rather explore the various types of meditation practiced around the world in different traditions and cultures. Meetings are very informal, but are designed to create a space for meditators to come and sit before starting their day. A suggested practice (or set of practices) are written on a dry erase board each morning and participants can come and join at their leisure. We will sit for approximately 20 to 25 minutes and then spend the remainder of the time discussing practices and experiences.

There is no cost, but donations are appreciated in the fall and winter months to cover heating costs.

The meditation is followed by Hapkido training that participants are welcome to observe or try.
