I would like to carpool to the NWPC on Thursday as well.  My strong preference would be to not drive my own car, but I could if I had to.  Where are you planing to stay and how do you plan to get around?  I just called the Center for Appropriate Transportation and it rents bikes for $9 per day--pretty much first come first served. 

You basically don't know me, but I attended a movie at your house several years ago.  I've attended the last three or four convergences and am really looking forward to this one.  I'm retired and live in Northgate.

Hi Seattle Area Permies,
Looking ahead to the NW Permaculture Convergence (Fri., Aug. 28th - Sun., Aug. 30th) - http://www.northwestpermaculture.org - I'd love to carpool down/back.  I know there are other local folks who want to do so, too.
I'd love to go on the site tours which are on Friday morning so it would be wonderful to leave on Thursday (afternoon?) and stay over on Thursday evening, too.
