Re: [Seattle-Photography-Club] Seattle Photography Club - A Call For Help!

Hi Alan, nice to hear about the Smug and other updates.  Good times this weekend, and some great shots you posted.  Nice photo of me, thanks.  I got a few decent shots, nothing to email home about. Haven't had time to process yet (still cleaning out the hippie van).  Thanks for putting the trip together, and really, I think we had about the right number of people.

I have no real html skills, so can't help you there, but when you find this person, can I borrow them?  I need to create TomMcFarlandPhotography.com, which I own.  Of course, then I need some content.....

As far as other ideas goes, how about if the homepage features a different member's web site or gallery every day?

Coming soon is waterfall season in the Gorge, if you have recovered enough for a return trip, I would be up for that.

A call for help! As the Seattle Photography Club grows, so does our outlets for member photography. We've got the Facebook page, the Meetup and soon I'll be launching the Seattle Photography Club SmugMug Page where we'll have public uploaders for each of you to create your own gallery, discussion groups and photo challenges/contests. I've done all this myself. But now I need some help.

Is there anyone out there willing to create a one-page Seattle Photography Club website that we can use to connect all these various resources? Possibly a built in newsfeed from both Meetup and Facebook? Other ideas? Please let me know by private message if you can help!

Thank you all for your contributions so far and for considering helping me make this a cohesive club!

Alan Lawrence
