Seattle Running Club Sunday run (regular recurring event)

  • Sep 29, 2013 · 7:30 AM
  • Red Town Trailhead at Cougar Mt. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED

The Seattle Running Club hosts a trail run every Sunday beginning at 7:30 AM. These are generally 12 to 15 miles long over hilly terrain, with a wide range of paces. All runners -- club members and nonmembers alike -- are welcome, though we encourage regular attendees to join the club. (Membership info is available at www.seattlerunningclub.org.) Our "default" location is the Red Town trailhead at Cougar Mountain; the run organizers will leave a comment here if going elsewhere on any given Sunday. People are also encouraged to use comments to offer carpooling assistance, etc. More information, including a map of our usual Cougar routes and directions to the Red Town trailhead, is available at www.seattlerunningclub.org.

Thanks Ben for leading this run!

Hi. I would love to go trail running on Sunday with you guys! Can someone give me a ride? I can contribute with gas expenses. Cheers, Guillermo

Surprisingly we had good had perfect weather this morning. The trails drained well after yesterday's downpour and it wasn't muddy at all. Great running with everyone.

I live in Auburn near game farm park, I like to run the white river trail and the Orting trail, if anyone lives in this area and would like to run let me know. I also like to hike / run the trails in the North Bend area also.
