You are invited to join us for our Sunday Morning trail runs. Our trail runs at cougar mountain range from 6 to 8 miles. Hand outs of the trail maps are usually available at the trail head if you want the option of going shorter or longer distances than the planned group run.
Bring 1 to 2 water bottles or a hydration pack. Recommended 100 to 300 calories of nutrition such as Gu.
Appropriate clothing for the weather as Washington weather can change quickly.
We will be starting from the Cougar Mountain Sky Country Trailhead.
Cougar Mountain is our home base for the Sunday runs. We will do run on the other local mountains such as Squak and Tiger Mountain and sometimes in town at Discovery or Seward Park. On this web page you will find a tab that says photos you will see photos from our past destination runs.
