We invite *YOU* to join us for our trail run on Sunday the 19th! Our run at Cougar Mountain will range from 10 to 11 miles. Hand outs of the trail maps are usually available at the trail head if you want the option of going shorter or longer distances than the planned group run.
Bring 1 to 2 water bottles or a hydration pack. Recommended 100 to 300 calories of nutrition such as Gu.
Appropriate clothing for the weather as Washington weather can change quickly.
We will be starting from the Cougar Mountain Red Town Trailhead.
As we *STRIVE TO REVIVE* our Sunday trail run series, Cougar Mountain will be our typical home base throughout the snowy szn. We will possibly run on the other local mountains such as Squak and Tiger Mountain and sometimes in town at Discovery or Seward Park.
