Real Social Media Case Studies from Real NW Companies

Do you love hearing people pontificate about social media and how it is vital to your business? Enjoy attending sessions where the speaker talks about large national brands with infinite budgets to do whiz bang things via social media? Or maybe you are one of those who really wants a deeper dive into social media theory from someone who has never actually managed a social media campaign? If you answered yes to any of these questions then our workshop isn’t for you. However, if you are interested in real strategies that meet real business objectives despite the constraints of smaller local budgets then we warmly invite you to join us for an evening of hands on social media learning.

Josh Dirks of Project Bionic will walk us through 3 real life case studies from 3 NW companies they have helped. He will layout the business case that they were trying to solve, how they determined their goals and KPI’s, the execution plan, and finally the results. In a refreshing change, not all of these will be successes and he will tell you what they would have done differently if they had it to do over again. After this we will spend the remaining time doing Q&A and real time brainstorming to solve your issues or challenges. Please join us for an evening we know will not only give you actionable insights but also demystify the social space from one of the NW original social media companies.

Josh Dirks: Co-Founder & Head Scientist at Project Bionic

Josh first joined the internet marketing world at 10X Marketing, a company founded by Paul Allen (not the Allen from Microsoft) to provide full service Web marketing services to businesses. In 2007, Josh joined Entercom Communications as Director of Digital and Strategic Sales and Marketing. In this role he became a thought leader in media integration and how to harness the power of social media within the traditional space. Over the last four years, Josh and partners have been busy with Project Bionic, a company dedicated to humanizing brands beyond human capabilities. Today, Project Bionic has more than 50 clients and has grown month over month since its inception, continuing to break new ground and create proprietary solutions for the social and mobile media space.

I may not make the 6:00 start time, can you please tell me when Josh is scheduled to start his presentation?

We usually I have 20-30 minutes of networking before the speaker. So Josh will probably go on at 630. Hope you can make it!

I agree Carl. It's not often you get to hear REAL social media marketing case studies in detail. Josh knows his stuff and he presents it with clarity and humor. Looking forward to this February 11 meetup!

I've seen Josh speak and he is
    1) incredibly entertaining and informative
    2) the only social media marketer who has ever really convinced me he know how to do SMM right. He's also a great guy invested in improving his community & industry. If you come to one of our events this year, make it this one.
