If fear of judgement from friends and family may prevent you from opening up to them, then this group aims to be the support that you may be missing. This is a group for anyone who may suffer from depression, anxiety, or loneliness. If you just need to talk, or hate being alone then please feel free to come. Everyone is welcome.

FAQ: Q: How do the meetings work? A: During the meetings individuals take turns talking about what ever their heart desires. The good, the bad, and everything in between. People are encouraged to participate in conversation and ask questions, however please be respectful to other members speaking time.
Q: What do you talk about? A: Anything and everything is welcome, however please be aware that not everyone will share the same religious, political, or spiritual beliefs. If you wish to primarily talk about these topics, it might be best to find something more suitable.
Q: How much does it cost? A: $0. Free. However if you would like to donate some money for future events, I will match your donation. The future events will be decided among the group, or if the group would rather donate to a charity we can do that as well.
