Monday Night Meditation: Mindfulness Practice

Every Monday night we’ll gather to learn and practice meditation. Themes will vary from Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation, to Heart-Centered practices, to the foundations of meditation to mindfulness to healing journeys inward. No experience necessary, all are welcome. $20 donation at the door recommended.

Join Grace for this exploration of mindfulness – through walking meditation, mindful awareness and sitting techniques. Sift through the difference between mindfulness and meditation and how to start employing an attitude of mindfulness, both on and off the mat.

Note: Currently STC has limited ADA accessibility. Our practice and meeting space has no stairs and is wheelchair accessible. However, our bathroom currently does not fit a wheelchair. (We are hoping to remedy this in early 2019). We will do our best to accommodate the physical needs of all bodies.
