Come cultivate an inner and outer smile! This Monday Meditation with Britt we'll dive into an ancient Taoist meditation involving the energetic interiorization of the smile. William Shakespeare said, "A smile cures the wounding of a frown." The is true! The value of a smile can be seen in traditional and modern medicine as a catalyst for creating a harmoniously happy state in oneself that radiates beyond the physical plane. So come share your inner peace, stillness and light as we smile together.
Every Monday night we’ll gather to learn and practice meditation. Themes will vary from Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation, to Heart-Centered practices, to the foundations of meditation to mindfulness to healing journeys inward. No experience necessary, all are welcome. $20 donation at the door recommended.
