Public Hearing on Potential Amendments to Home Occupation Reg's of Urban Farming

I know this is late notice, but thought you'd be interested! Edmonds City Council meeting tomorrow (May 1) at 7:00pm. The Amendment focuses on eliminating the requirement for a type 2 Condtitonal Use Permit, while retaining certain criteria that the urban farm must meet (file no. AMD[masked]). This is something Rubberneck Farms is trying to change, as they have come under scrutiny for selling their produce on their land here in Edmonds. Love to see you come out and support!

YAY we did it. There will be an amendment to remove the mandatory ($600) permit you can sell what you grow.
