This group is for women interested in walking and yoga for fitness in the Magnolia neighborhood in the mornings before work. I started this group to meet other women who want stay in shape and get 10,000 steps in a day. On some mornings, I would likely be joined on our morning walk with my ten year-old dog Scout. I am also doing yoga a few days a week at Core Power Yoga and would love to have people join me. I am looking forward to meeting you.
