This group is for anyone and everyone, but it will be especially helpful for people who have an interest in wellness (restorative sleep, body positivity, nutrition for mental clarity, self-care, mindfulness, mental wellness, emotional health, and more). You don't need to be an expert in health or wellness to fit in, just be yourself!
How it works
Local health and wellness professionals generously donate an hour or two of their time to lead positive discussions as panelists during meetup events, to participate in small group discussions, and to provide free one on one advice. Each gathering will be engaging and will generally focus on a specific topic so that people can attend the event that they are most interested in.
The ultimate goal for our events is to create connections and community with people who are looking to learn more about overall wellness. Our belief is that it is important to support health and wellness so that people in our community can thrive individually and collectively.
We believe that YOU can take small steps towards overall wellness, without feeling overwhelmed. You are not broken, you are human! Come meet other humans who are curious, just like you, about taking steps towards feeling better, sleeping soundly, thinking with clarity, feeling energized and being self compassionate.
