6th Annual Camp-Out Weekend with a Twist!

When: Friday July 11th 12pm thru Sunday July 13th 6pm  - Come camping with us or  just spend the day Saturday 10am till 10pm for our Picnic and Social.

What is happening? Horseback Riding, Games, River Rafting Rides, Hiking, Dancing, Socializing.. Picnic Style Saturday. so bring a picnic lunch and/or dinner

This year's twist? Saturday night group activity - head into town and join the festivities at the 31st Annual Sultan Shindig. Enjoy the Logging contest, street fair, parade, carnival, live music, car & motorcycle shows. Read all about it here......

About: Hidden River Ranch ~ A family affair! In 2004 Cal and his family moved from Idaho to help run this Family owned ranch in Sultan, WA. The Ranch sparked an amazing vision and in just six short years all their hard work and perseverance has turned the once quiet and quaint home into a fully functional working ranch with an outdoor arena. Ideal for barrel racing, team roping and the perfect place to host our summer play day or weekend fun! The family's genuine good nature and kindness is felt throughout the community and has made a lasting impression on the close-knit neighbors on Mann Rd. A Great Time Awaits All! Come and enjoy a horse ride or a nice walk in a forest type setting or along the winding Skykomish River. Make new friends, re-acquaint with old ones, have fun, and make memories that will last a lifetime. They do have friendly dogs already on the property that do roam the Ranch most of the time.

What to bring on Saturday This is a Picnic Style event. PLEASE BRING FOOD AND DRINK to share (No food or Beverage will be provided to the Public). Your swimsuit, Change of clothes, folding chair/blanket to sit on and outside games. Can you help us with extra firewood? 10x10 Awning? Folding tables or a BBQ grill? (Some tables will be set up for eating )We are looking for extra equipment for the event, plus to help others that do not have any and want to stay. Do you have an Extra Tent, sleeping Bag, BBQ Grill, a canopy, Folding table, and lantern you can bring and share. Don't forget your pillow! :~)This is a Rain or Shine Event! - a big indoor arena is available for us to keep dry in. If Camping- bring a tent, sleeping bag and camping gear, clothes, flash lights, sun block, the normal camping stuff and your own food for the weekend.Yes there will be one or two portable Showers available.This is a kid friendly event for Saturday 10am till 8pm ONLY... Please Note, This is an Adult event. Please use your discretion.


COST Saturday only$5.00 per person, for the BBQ and Socializing OR pay and stay for the night/weekend. PLUS BRING FOOD and DRINK TO SHARE for the Picnic. Camping : $25.00 per person for the weekend an only stay one night? $15.00 per person (camper parking add $10.00 for the weekend- No camper hookups available- just special parking up front for easy access) Horse back riding : $30 for a great trail ride across streams and the river in a forest type setting in small groups between 4-10 horses at a time. Don't miss out on this great deal. Horseback rides will run Friday 3pm - 7pm / Saturday 10am - 7pm / Sunday 11am - 5pm if there is enough for a group ride. Bring your own horse(Haul in Fee 15.00 for the day) OR Over night (stall) for your Horse is $15.00 per night) River Rafting Float Rides Saturday only $30.00 per person. This is hosted by Chinook Expeditions.

Keith and Singles Events Plus Leadership

Dogs are allowed with strict rules: they will be permitted in two areas only and must be on a leash all the times, no exceptions! (Please Note: Dogs will be only allowed in the camping area and one other area for their's, ours and horse's safety. They will not be allowed out on the horse trail until after the riding is shut down) They have friendly dogs on the property that do roam the Ranch most of the time. The main social and food area they will NOT be allowed . You are responsible for your pet and you will be asked to take them off the property if they are not cared for properly. theses guidelines are set by the owner

Driving directions: Hwy 2 East From Monroe, go 8 miles east on Highway 2 to the town of Sultan. At the first stoplight (just past the bridge) turn right and go 1 mile to a "T". Turn left onto Mann Road and continue about 3 miles. Hidden River Ranch is on the north (left) side of the road. Parking is available at the east (2nd) entrance. We will also have signs for those not familiar with the area.
