I'm looking for a UX Designer to join my team. I will be at the portfolio meetup tomorrow (3/12) if anyone wants to chat about this opportunity.

Job Description:

As the User Experience Designer, you will be the voice of the user, helping to ensure that user experience excellence is delivered across our portfolio of capabilities. You will work closely within the UX team and with Development, Visual Design, and Product Management to define and create multi-channel experiences (retail, web, mobile, call center) delivered primarily by web and mobile products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, both internally, externally and with developers and executives alike, on improving the user experience.
  • Advocate, provide guidance, and lead user research and testing.
  • Create personas, journey maps, and other communication tools to articulate the users to the product development team.
  • Create concepts, flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, stories, design briefs, and other communication tools articulating the user experience to developers and visual designers, as well as review and approve their output.
  • Communicate design strategy and rationale.
  • Proactively iterate on UX designs and prototypes to ensure we build the best products and experiences.
  • Work across a variety of channels (retail, web, mobile, call center) to unify the customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Experience in UX, with strong design skills.
  • Experience conducting user research and testing, and communicating those results within the product development teams and to the stakeholders.
  • Experience creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, design briefs, and other tools to communicate designs.
  • Able to work on multiple products, projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile development environment.
  • Some travel may be required.
