Hoop It Up - Huskies Concessions - LLS Fundraiser

Friday, February 28th 6:00 - 10:00 pm

Be part of the TEAM! Are you better with numbers than with equipment? Do you long to be part of the action but just aren't coordinated? Play the role of LifeSaver extraordinaire! Provide concessions for the hungry hoards and raise funds for local cancer patients and their families.

Join your friends and have fun making a difference for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society while volunteering in a concession stand at the University of Washington Men’s Basketball Game on Friday, February 28th.

We will run the concession stand and a portion of the proceeds from the stand goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Free food and beverage while working and if time permits you will be able to catch parts of the game.

Arrive 6:00 pm - wear black pants (any type) and closed toe shoes (no flip flops or sandals)

Finish 10:00 ish

No experience required.

Please do not commit if you don't think you can make it. LLS is charged $50 for each no show out of their donation as there is a minimum number of volunteers required for the stand.

If this day doesn't work for you, there are many more basketball, baseball and softball games coming up.

Looking forward to a fun time and making a difference.

Thank you to all the volunteers who made it out. We worked well together and made a difference. It's so fun to see businesses come together and utilize Seattle Volunteers as a team building opportunity. Have any questions there, reach out to Sound Community Bank who sent representatives from two different branches to the event. Mike Ke, you are a gem. We are so lucky to have you and Kevin, you're amazing and beyond dependable. I can't wait to be able to help you and the American Red Cross at an event soon. Darren & Stacey - welcome to Washington. I hope you get to learn more about the incredible city you've moved to as a result of the Seattle Volunteers
